N32WB452 Wireless RF MCU Series

The N32WB452 series MCUs feature a dual-core architecture with Arm® Cortex®-M4F and Cortex®-M0 cores, offering enhanced performance for wireless connectivity applications. Integrated with BLE 5.0, these MCUs support low power consumption, large memory capacity, high-speed communication interfaces, and robust hardware-based security features, making them ideal for a wide range of Bluetooth-based applications, including smart devices, electric vehicles, and more.

  1. BLE 5.0 Support: 2.4 GHz RF transceiver with high receiver sensitivity (-94 dBm) and programmable transmitter power (up to +3 dBm).

  2. Dual-Core Architecture: Features a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F core and Arm® Cortex®-M0 core, with DSP instructions and maximum frequency of 144 MHz.

  3. Low Power Consumption: Operates in multiple power modes, including standby (<4 μA) and stop modes (<6 μA), with fast wake-up times.

  4. Large Memory Capacity: 512 KB of eFlash memory with encrypted storage and 144 KB of SRAM, supporting data protection and encryption.

  5. High-Speed DMA Controllers: Dual DMA controllers with 16 channels for efficient data transfer.

  6. Rich Digital Communication Interfaces: Includes USART, UART, I2C, SPI, USB 2.0, CAN, SDIO, and DVP interfaces for versatile connectivity.

  7. High-Performance Analog Interfaces: 12-bit ADCs (5 Msps) and DACs (1 Msps), with support for external reference voltage.
