- High accuracy at room temperature (e.g. 0.5 %FSO for standard pressure ranges)
- Small overall error within the temperature range of 0 .. 60 °C

- Compact DIL-8 package (length x width: 13.4 mm x 9.9 mm)
- Horizontal and vertical pressure ports are available
